Payment for the remainder of the Service is made by the User directly to the Service Provider. The possibility of paying the remaining part by credit card must be previously agreed with the Service Provider. Responsibility for accepting these funds and for providing the relevant reporting documents lies with the Service Provider.
In case of successful booking of the Service, the User undertakes to receive the booked service at the specified time (date, time, place) from the Service Provider.
Free cancellation of the excursion / transfer booking is possible no later than 4 days before the agreed start time for the provision of services. In this case, the cost of booking the service is returned to the User in full. If there is a cancellation of participation in the tour within 4 days (96 hours) before the start of the tour, then the prepayment (paid advance) is not refundable.
By agreeing to the rules of the User Agreement, the User agrees that the Service is not a Service Provider and is not responsible for the improper performance by the Service Provider of its obligation.
All contact information provided by Users and Service Providers is used only for the provision of services within the framework of the service and is not provided to third parties.
The Service may block access to the User or the Service Provider if they violate the rules of the Service.
The Service does not bear any responsibility for the information specified by the User or the Service Provider and the quality of the services provided.
In case of negative feedback on the quality of the provision of services by the Provider, the website copyright holder may respond by blocking the Service Provider.
